1 Feasibility Stage
Feasibility Stage is a study and exploration of possibilities on a large site. It is a study of whether the proposed development is simple or complex and is the project viable. Councils have a set of rules that are vital to comply with for housing development and our job is to calculate and design the best possible house/development that complies with the rules. Feasibility study is only necessary on a large development site.
A rough sketch up of your design, with a quick discussion of any changes. A site topographical survey may be required to be undertaken by a land surveyor. This shows the site levels and boundaries, and gives a better indication of what can be built on the site. Afterward, a full design brief will be gathered.
