Bob designed the very first 7, and 10 Homestar rated homes in the country. He has rallied hundreds of other industry professionals to start thinking and acting differently regarding how they approach design and architecture as a whole. Bob has a natural human-first approach which is precisely why he is so good at what he does and passionate about creating a better, healthier, more sustainable future for you and the planet.

Matthew Cutler-Welsh

Matthew’s mission is simple; to inspire people to make a better place to live. Matthew is an excellent communicator and educator, which is why his podcast, Home Style Green, has become beloved by many (including us). Matthew is a trained engineer and Certified Passive House Consultant and uses his knowledge and passion for sharing the word around the much-needed change(s) in New Zealand’s building industry to create a better place for us all.

Katheren Leitner

Katheren is a multi-faceted entrepreneur and the CEO of Asthma New Zealand. Katheren has shown time and time again her dedication to continual growth and helping to create a better future for all New Zealanders. Katheren has an abundance of knowledge across health and fitness, strategic leadership and sales and specializes in change management. Katheren has made it very clear that she is here to help bring forth change.

Damien McGill

Damien is a passionate and driven engineer. Damien has poured his time, effort and expertise into helping re-build Christchurch after the Christchurch Earthquakes and devoted hours to understanding and creating earthquake-resilient homes.
