Philosophy
OSA is a practice that provides a range of Architectural, Planning, and Consulting services. Our philosophy is “creating spaces for happier people", we understand that everyone deserves to live in a healthy and comfortable spaces . Thus, we endeavour to understand the clients’ requirements and perceptions to cater the best design solutions.
Passive design is our greatest passion. It is paramount for us to utilise the natural resources that mother nature has given us, this results in saving energy bills and promote healthy lifestyle. Buildings should be a machine that functions, therefore passive design is the key to sustainable buildings.

Architecture
We have been in architectural industry for over 30 years and we are confident to say that we understand our niche. We have designed commercial and industrial buildings, as well as award winning homes.
Subdivision
Subdivision and urban development is one of our favourite subjects. We have completed many subdivision projects since 2000s and we worked along side our most trusted planning consultants to solve the best solutions for our clients.

Medium density housing is one of our favourite subjects and we have worked on quite a number of sites since 2000s.
Energy Efficient Homes
We are a partner of Superhome Movement that promotes healthy and energy efficient homes for all Kiwis. We love to design buildings that obtain 6 homestar rating or above.
