Project Overview

In 2010, we were engaged to design a mixed-used development in Te-Atatu Peninsula that has 1 level of retail on the ground floor with 4 levels of apartments on the upper levels. The apartments were designed to have 1-3 bedrooms. It was designed as an environmentally sustainable development.
