Project Overview

We were asked to design a new residential subdivision next to a heavy industrial zone in East Tamaki. We managed to resolve the noise barrier by proposing light industrial/warehouse between the heavy industrial zone and the new residential blocks. We also proposed a tennis court at the corner and communal pool at the centre to enhance the community’s lifestyle.
